One way or another, the users’ crusade against the tiresome acronym DRM will end on October 1: Yahoo Unlimited Music Store has become the last store selling DRM-protected music.
This is nonsense, of course, but overall the progress is encouraging. The analysts were right: DRM, at least in music, is dying quickly. Good riddance.
